Please mark on your sales slip the reason for the exchange and what you would like to replace it with. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Immortal Clothing. If you were shipped the wrong item(s) (color/size/quantity), we will pay all shipping costs incurred to correct the mistake.


If you are not satisfied with your order from Immortal Clothing, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt, along with your sales slip, for a full refund. Your credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the returned item(s) not including the original shipping costs.


All exchanges and returns must be returned unwashed, unused, and undamaged in any way.


Due to the costs and logistics involved with each country, returns are processed on a case by case basis. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. All international returns and exchanges are at Immortal Clothing’s discretion. We advise using insurance on your shipment for international returns. Refunds will not be processed for items that are not received.
