DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are made during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping times are estimates. Immortal Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or natural disasters.

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS

Occasionally, one or more of the items you order may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as possible. In the event that your order is mailed in multiple shipments, you will only be charged for the initial shipping cost.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

The current promotion for free shipping on orders of $40 or more is only available to customers within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Immortal Clothing reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
