We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard
All prices are in U.S. funds.
Deliveries are made by United States Postal Service during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to customers residing outside the United States or Canada. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following business day. Shipping times are estimates. Immortal Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or natural disasters.
Taxes And Duty
Orders by California residents are subject to a 7.75% state sales tax. Canadian customers remain responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes.
Out Of Stock Orders
Occasionally, one or more of the items you order may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available to us. In the event that your order is mailed in multiple shipments, you will only be charged for the initial shipping charge.
Changing Your Order
To change or cancel your order, please contact us at Customer Service. as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot change or cancel an order once the items have been shipped from our warehouse.
Exchanges And Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with anything you order from ImmortalClothing.com, simply return the unsatisfactory item(s) within 30 days of receipt, along with your sales slip, for a full refund or exchange. For returns, your credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the returned item(s) not including the original shipping costs. For exchanges, please mark on your sales slip the reason for the return and what you would like to replace it with. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to ImmortalClothing.com. Only Immortal products purchased online may be returned to us. Immortal products purchased from retail outlets must be returned to the store where they were purchased.
If we make a mistake and ship the wrong item(s) (wrong color, size, quantity, style number), we will pay all shipping costs incurred to correct the mistake.
We can only accept returns and exchanges on items that are returned to us unused and undamaged in any way. Please address all exchanges/returns to:
